1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PackReady mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application and uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of Service

PackReady: Travel Packing List is a smart travel preparation and checklist organizer tool designed to generate personalized lists based on your inputs. It offers list generation, companion traveler profile assignments, note keeping, PDF checklist rendering, and weather forecast overlays.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Upgrades

PackReady offers a premium tier to unlock advanced features (unlimited active trips, traveler profiles, PDF printing, and ad removal) through a subscription model:

• Pricing: Premium is offered at \$1.99 per month or \$9.99 per year. Prices include a 7-day free trial where applicable.
• Testing & Mock Billing: Please note that during the current developer testing and Closed Testing reviewer phases, purchases run purely on a mock/simulated billing layer. Clicking "Upgrade to Premium" simulates a success response instantly. No real credit card or cash transactions are processed.
• Google Play Store Billing: Once published, real subscriptions will be processed via standard Google Play billing. All billing transactions, cancellations, and refunds will be managed directly in your Google Play Account settings.

4. Advertisements

Free plan users will be displayed banner and interstitial ads delivered via the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). During this phase, only official test ad unit identifiers are delivered to keep listings compliant. You may not attempt to block or filter ads served in the Free plan unless you upgrade to Premium.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

PackReady is designed to assist you with travel organization, but you use the app at your own risk. Specifically:

• Weather Accuracy: Weather forecasts are retrieved from the third-party Open-Meteo API. We do not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, or timing of any forecast data. Please check official local meteorological services before traveling.
• Checklist Completeness: Packing lists generated by PackReady are recommendations based on common travel profiles. We make no guarantees that lists will contain every item you need. We are not liable for any missing, forgotten, lost, or damaged travel items.
• Data Loss: Since all data is stored locally in your device's memory box, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device damage, OS updates, or storage box resets.

6. Intellectual Property

PackReady: Travel Packing List, its app icon, code, layouts, and logos are the property of the IteraTrail ecosystem. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our application without explicit written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software development regulations, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of our official location.
